In 2025 the Wescoe was awarded the Traveller’s Choice ‘Best of the Best’ award by TripAdvisor, based on traveller reviews, ranking it as one of the top 1% hotels worldwide. It is the only hotel in Blackpool to have received this prestigious award.
Situated on a side street just off the Prom and opposite South Pier, we are ideally located for visits to The Pleasure Beach, The Sandcastle Waterpark and the Beach – all of which are a few minutes away on foot. We also have a tram stop at the end of our street for easy access to all Blackpool has to offer.
Our 11 rooms have a modern vintage style and all are en-suite along with TV, in-room fridge, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities and free, high-speed WiFi. We offer a choice of double and family rooms, including ground floor rooms.
Our fantastic breakfast is cooked fresh to order and served in our ground floor dining room.

- Car parking. There is some limited off-street car parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking on Dean Street, in front of the guesthouse, is free and unrestricted. Montague Street, at the side of the guesthouse, also provides free and unrestricted parking. There are a number of car parks close to the guesthouse including Lytham Road car park and Blackpool South carpark just off Yeadon Way. You can unload and load at the front of the guesthouse.
